Hsin-yueh Lin: Enchanting Taiwan
Hsin-yueh Lin is one of the most dynamic and authoritative figures of the Taiwanese art world. He is equally accomplished as a painter, art educator, cultural critic and art writer. For half a century, he has built up a copious, significant collection of paintings and publications, proving himself prodigious in quality and in quantity. Through May 5, 2013, Taipei Fine Arts Museum runs this exhibition (http://www.tfam.museum/TFAM_Exhibition/exhibitionDetail.aspx?PMN=2&ExhibitionId=442&PMId=442) to showcase Lin’s artistic thought and works. The exhibition includes 140 selected oil and watercolor paintings, documents by or about the artist, and the documentary on “Hsin-yueh Lin, The Boundless River” (produced by Public Television Service).
