Remains of Tienxi Bridge of Tamsui Corporation

Being the largest stream in the Tamsui area, the Tienxi Stream originates from the Datun mountain and runs 15 km before flowing into the Taiwan Strait. The bridge over this stream was constructed by the Dutch East India Company to provide water supplies to Taiwanese defence forces stationed at Tamsui and Keelung. This site has been designated as a historical site by the local government.
