This rectangular basket has two layers and one cover. The handle of the basket is made from one large bamboo piece and is connected to the bottom of the basket. In the middle of the handle there is one bolthole; the bolt can fasten the cover to prevent it from bouncing or loosening. The surface of this basket is woven in slant crisscross and is closely knit. On the cover of the basket there is shallow carving of figures from folk legends. This kind of basket is commonly used in local temple fair or marriage festivals.
