Armrest

Dating from sometime during the late Qing dynasty to the early years of the ROC, this armrest is an important example of a commonly used day to day item. The armrest is made of white glazed porcelain decorated with patches of green glaze. Its adorable design features a smiling boy crawling on all fours. Items such as this are rare and therefore important to be preserved as examples of everyday items used in traditional Taiwanese culture.
