Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220)
Height: 28.5 cm, weight: 18 kg

The garlic-shaped hu originated in the state of Ch'in in Shensi. From the Warring States period, passing through the Ch'in dynasty and down into the Western Han period, varieties with a straight neck and round body as well as a curving neck and round body flourished as the straight-necked flat hu became relatively less common.
