Taiwan Collectanea (Academia Sinica)Type Collection Collection Identifier c0521 Description “Taiwan Collectanea” was the biggest compiling in Taiwan’s related literature, which was published by Taiwan Bank’s economic research room in 1957 to 1972. Since it had published, it had become the material used and cited with highest frequency by Taiwan history researchers. The contents of “Taiwan Collectanea” divided into three categories: I. General history of Taiwan, Local history of Taiwan, includes the rewrite and successor versions. II. Travel notes and related historical books and old maps. III. Supplement reports and materials of local history. This collection was the most important compilation in studying Taiwan’s history, geography, convention, politics, economics, sociology, cultural and law system.
