Fu with coiled serpent pattern |
This rectangular dish is used to hold grains for sacrifice. Its mouth is upright and its edge snapped. The lid and the body are of equal size. Beside the stomach is a pair of small animal, which serves as buckles. The handles of this vessel are shaped in animal heads. National Museum of History
