You Are All My Memories-Folk Song by Li Tai-Hsiang (你是我所有的回憶-李泰祥)

I.    Lyrics (translated from Chinese)

The rain falls in the wind, the wind blows in the rain.
Your figure sways in my head.
The rain cannot stop the wind and the wind cannot stop the rain.
But when the wind and rain stop, I still cannot stop thinking of you.
Look at the drizzling rain, I can’t see you.
Listen to breezes humming, I can’t hear you.
I don’t want to watch, I don’t want to hear.
You are all my memories.

II.    About this Song

Theme of the Work:
At first, the song was not created for the style of love songs, and after it was done, I did not think the song was qualified and good. Thus, I threw it to trash can. At the time, a friend visited and picked it (the song) up from trash can. She played and sang a little. On the instant I thought the song was actually okay. Thus, we two cooperated and composed this love song. Then we jointly created the lyrics and sang following the original music score.
