Height: 18.3 cm, width: 10.1 cm

Made of greenish-white jade, this vessel has been fashioned in the shape of a horn cup. The surface is decorated with the carving of a coiling dragon in relief. The body of the dragon is strong and forceful as it reveals the unique vigor of Han dynasty craftsmanship. This type of horn-shaped cup was used as a drinking vessel and originated in Central Asia, being a product of exchange between Central Asian cultures and the Han dynasty.
